Day 1:

Raetihi to Ohakune via Ohakune-Raetihi Road
Ohakune to Horipito via ‘Old Coach Road’ Cycleway
Horipito to Raetihi via SH4
Drinks and delicious pizza at Volcano Coffee Roastery before relaxing for the night at Wally’s Pad
Day 2 (not for the faint hearted):
Early morning Coffee at Volcano Coffee Roastery where you transport will pick you and your bike up and drop you at the start of the Mangapurura Track
Cycle the Mangapurura Track to ‘bridge to nowhere’
Jet boat from ‘bridge to nowhere’ to Pipiriki where you are met by transport and driven back to Volcano Coffee Roastery for drinks and snacks
Hiking – NZ’s Best one day walk ‘The Tongariro Alpine Crossing’
Day 1:
Coffee and Breakfast at Volcano Coffee Roastery
Transport from Volcano Coffee Roastery to the start of the Tongariro Crossing
Walk the Tongariro Crossing where you will be met by transport at the finish
Drinks and Dinner at Volcano Coffee Roastery
Day 2:
Coffee and Cake at Volcano Coffee Roastery before heading out for one of the many shorter walks on Mt. Ruapehu
End that day back at Volcano Coffee Roastery for drinks and snacks before retiring to Wally’s PadWally`s Pad is perfectly suited for a travelling couple, families or larger groups and centrally based to enjoy all the activities the Central Plateau has to offer.
